Upon receiving your inquiry form, we'll schedule a video call to learn more about you and explore your vision for your project. Following this, we'll send you a custom proposal. Upon your acceptance of both the proposal and timeline, we'll send you an agreement for signature.

DESIGN + REFINE
The design process begins once we receive your onboarding essentials — branding, copy, photos, graphics, etc (don't worry, we'll let you know what you need). Our approach includes a meticulous revision of your notes and feedback with two check-in calls to review your website before launch day!

LAUNCH + SUPPORT
Congratulations! It's time to launch & celebrate! Alongside this exciting milestone, you'll receive a 1-on-1 one hour session to guide you through the ins and outs of your new website. To ensure you feel confident and empowered to take over, we're at your service for 30 days of post-launch support. And of course, we'll always be available for anything that you might need down the road — including future projects!

Absolutely! We work with each client individually when it comes to payment plans. Please note that we do require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot within our schedule. And if you prefer to pay in full, 10% will be taken off your final invoice.

Every website is unique so the timeline depends on the custom package you choose and your website goals. We highly encourage clients to think about booking 2-4 months in advance. This allows for ample time to prepare and gather your project essentials (aka the prep work). Once we have all the materials we need to craft your dream website, we get to work. Instead of jam-packing our days, we take on a limited number of clients per month to give your website the time it deserves.
